Popcicle Stand

It's warm out, flowers are a bloomin, I'm snacking again, and it's May my birthday month I have so many reasons to celebrate.  What better way to celebrate than making a delicious cold summer treat! I just got some cool Popsicle molds, and decided its about time to give them a whirl. Are you wondering if I splurged for the fancy ones that freeze super fast? Of course not I found the cheapest ones I could find, but they look cute, and work great! I can't quite justify buying a popsicle mold that cost more than my summer wardrobe, but I hear they're pretty cool.  I was feeling a cold, creamy, and healthy treat so I whipped us up some delicious smoothiecicles!

Smoothiecicles:
(makes about 4 popcicles)

3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 T. honey
1 t. vanilla
1/4 cup white grape juice

Throw all the ingredients into your blender or food processor, and blend until almost smooth.  I like a few chunks of fruit in mine! Pour into popcicles molds and freeze for 2 hours or longer. Enjoy while basking in the sun!

Or right next to the freezer if you can't wait! (Like this girl!)
